Hello my zidoo X20 is stuck on startup. On the screen of the zidoo is indicated hello And on the TV the image zidoo keeps coming back I can not get to the menu Thanks for your help
You can try a hard reset with the dedicated button on the rear panel, it is between HDMI outputs. Another option could be the Android boot up menu, available by pressing during several seconds the power button when turning on the player.
I thank you for your help.I flash and update everything is good now. I put android play and some software like viméo and arte but it did not work and when I restarted the zidoo X20 I had no more the boot menu.
Flash the device again, install the version 2.1.40 and forget about Google Play kit. If you want to install Android apps try Aptoide and download just .apk files.
I need to watch YouTube and without Google Play, I could not sign in my YouTube account. Yes I can still watch YouTube but I could not fully utilize those features if I signed in.
You need to flash your unit first and re-install the latest firmware in order to solve this issue. It happened to my unit and I fixed it already.
