I upgraded to firmware v1.0.42 today, everything went well until I rebooted the X6 Pro box, the screen is flashing itself and shows nothing on it but a mouse icon which responding my hand movement. I tried to use the FactoryTool but none 0f my several computers that run Windows 10 or 7 can see the USB device (I followed the instruction). I also tried to boot to recovery screen and wipe cache and user data and reboot, it did not help. And the recovery can not mount the SD card so I cannot try to flash the img from recovery. please advise... Thank you
