X9S HDR Problem

Hello, i have a file here that does not trigger HDR from the Zidoo.
It works fine in HDR on Samsung TV via USB, VIA USB on Samsung K8500 and VIA USB on Nvidia Shield.
Is there some way you would like me to prepare a sample of it?
