I bought mutiple x9s. All having the same issues. The hdmi app keeps freezing. Audio will still play or break up sometimes but video freezes. Have to restart unit to get it to work. few steps to try downloaded and updated them all ? replace HDMI cable with a certified 4k 18g/s type...ie the ones supplied ARE NOT 4k and usually the issue what content is having the issue?
