Hy I have my zidoo Z2600 a few Weeks. But i cant transfer any Data to the internal Harddrive. I have a Seagate ironwolf 12TB in the internal Hub. I want to transfer via HDD over USB but it stops after a a view seconds and the internal HDD isnt there anymore. I tried to format the internal HDD, it says format complete, but there are the same Name and all the Data there on the HDD after formatting. Can someone help? Is the internal HDD broke or what is the problem?
I've had the same problem. Good luck getting help. It just falls on deaf ears. I finally just bought a USB enclosure to hold my two drives since the hardware doesn't work as advertised.
Have you tried putting your video files on your PC then transfer from PC to zidoo player using samba? I formatted my hard drive with my PC then put in in the zidoo player. I have the z20 pro.
Itried it but my laptop and my Zidoo are on wireless. I Had 1,75 mb per sekond. I dont know why but it would take days to tranfer a File.
To transfer data from a computer to HDD, I use a docking station. Faster and more reliable than over the network. Then I just insert it into Zidoo and enjoy.
