I can not mount the disk - the pocket does not close, you can not insert the disk completely. My HGST 10TB Ultrastar He10 Helium drive, I've tried WD Red 10tb before and the same. I only get an older disk which I have 4tb. I thought that SATA disks are compatible. The disk is not larger than the standard ones.
I panicked a bit but the problem solved - new WD and HGST discs when inserting need to be lifted up, hold and only close the pocket - they do not slide in smoothly. The problem does not occur with new Seagate drives and older WD drives.
