Hi I have Z9X with v6.4.42 Previously i have never use Google Play Store, Youtube or any google apps in my Z9X but when i try sign in to youtube the youtube app crash and close. i can view videos without sign in though. i thought maybe the youtube need an update, so open play store and the play app crash and closes. i tried to follow the steps in the online instructions but cant do anything as the play store just crashes and wont open. last step maybe need to factory reset or maybe there is another way. i dont really use any other apps except home theater and maybe youtube. 1 more thing when following the steps i notice GSF ID was blank. Not sure why. . cheers
