So how do we solve this problem once and for all? After manipulations I ended up without a play store under 2.2.61, just the Gappsinstaller. Now I upgraded to the latest 2.2.82 and expected the problem to be solved but I still only have the Google Apps installer in the Apps folder and that's it. Running Uninstall and Install again does not help.
