Failed to flash the machine. After uboot is flashed, the motherboard is powered on and cannot enter

    I keep pressing the esc key and then power on. I thought would appear "Realtek>_", but an error occurred:

    I have uploaded the information in Putty to the attachment.

    What's wrong? How to fix and solve this problem?
