It`s about ten minutes - I can get no connection to qobuz or tidal.

Laptop with Audirvana connects all perfect.

Reconnected after shut down the unit for a few minutes.

 

Yes, I couldn't establish a connection for about 10 minutes. Now everything is working again (Qobuz)

 

mine still with this error, started it today!
no streaming services are working through the app...

listen, beet head, I wrote to you why it's not working, maintenance work is underway on the server

 

Currently, 23 november 2024, there are problems as well using Qobuz gives an internal service error (500). Rebooting did not solve it. Qobuz is working via native qobuz app on smartphone.

 

Can you please have this fixed?

 

I'm having the same problem with Tidal.

 

5xx error codes are returned by the server itself. there is nothing you can do. maybe a server maintenance routine, or overload, or whatever.
it will be back working, as it always does... these things happen every once in a while, and it is always the same story:

1. a bunch of messages "blablabla doesn't work, cannot connect, cannot listen to blablabla"
2. then, after some time (sometimes a few minutes minutes, sometimes a few hours) "oh, nevermind, it works now."
