I have an old android phone that I use exclusively to control my dlna streaming from a dedicated home network pc to any of 4 eversolo end-points I have in my house. I have the eversolo control app installed and it works fine if the phone is allowed internet access. The app will not run at all when I restrict the phone's internet access -- which creates a security vulnerability I can happily live without. The phone is always connected to my internal network and I can use other apps to stream, but it would be nice if I could remotely control my eversolo products also. Getting to the question then: Is there any way to get the control app to run without granting the phone internet access?
