Ethernet not working cant connect

Hi ..my zidoo x5 ethernet cant connect to internet.. need tech assist what to do.. wifi work fine.

 

Is the LED indicator lit? The LED is in the ethernet port.
If the answer is yes, try to turn off the wifi and restart the X5 then plugin the network cable.

Or you can tell us more details about it. screen shot will be great.
