Error with Z20 Pro: External HDD won't be recognized, probably due to Cluster Size

    Hello folks

    My external HDD, WD Elements with 20TB, won't be recognized. This happens since I reformated it to NTFS (standard) but Cluster Size 2048 Kilobytes.
    Is this a known issue or something for the next firmware update?
    Can anyone give help?
