English language with CEC disconnected

    Despite having CEC turned off the language returns to English every reboot, I have firmware 1.27 Why?

    CEC turned off on X9S or on TV?
    Explanation from Zidoo (in a past post) to avoid this problem is not "mistake proof" , but I understood that to solve this "issue" you should change "something" on TV CEC configuration (if available).
    Hope we receive a more detailed hint from Zidoo (another thing to put in FAQ?)
