Easy way to transfer my videos from Zidoo connected HD to Synology NAS

hi all - another noob question pls

I had purchased a drive connected into my Zidoo 20pro. I have since purchased a Synology NAS and am using that as my media centre.

I use a MacBook at home - and have mapped both the SMBs. Unfortunately I cannot see any content on the Zidoo drive when mapped, I can copy into the folder, but cannot see the media files within the folder itself.

Which is why I cannot copy and transfer files from the Zidoo SMB to the Synology mapped drive.

Any recommendations on how I can transfer the files over please?

Use Media Player in Zidoo to copy the files to the Synology SMB share, sounds like you are over thinking it.
