Easy Cast not repsonding

Easy cast was working flawlessly with my Ipad Air for Airplay mirror. Suddenly my airplay button is missing from my ipad control center and the Easy Cast software on the X1 box is not responding when I click it.

I have done all the standard investigation like;

1. Upgraded the firmware on X1 to version 18
2. ipad is running at ios8.4.1
3. removed the devices from my router wifi and restarted my wifi. Nothing happened
4. Tried to clean the app cache and data but Easy Cast is not listed in the apps under settings!

I wonder why is this happening?
Where is the problem? Why is the Easy Cast app not responding when i click on it?
If I uninstall the app, how can I re-install it again?

may be you uninstall the easy cast apk,you can install easy cast apk by yourself. Download it from here.

 

When I try to uninstall, I am shown the screen "Do you want to uninstall this app?"
When I answer OK, I am shown the message " Uninstall Unsuccessful"
How do I uninstall the software?

Because the signature is the same, you can install the apk directly.

 

I have done that. I install on top of the old software and I am getting the same result!

do you see the easy cast icon in the all app?

And then enter the easy cast,press on button.

As I told you before when I click on the the Easy Cast in Allapps, there is no response. The application does not launch!

May be can factory data reset.

 

I have done a factory reset. Results:
1. East Cast is now responding and I can go in and set the necessary settings
2. However, the airplay button in my Ipad's control's center is still not showing up.
3. I wonder what happen? Without the Airplay showing up, I can do any mirroring!

Are they at the same router?you can reboot the router to try it.

 

Yes they are on the same router. I have
1. disconnected both devices from the wireless network
2. rebooted the router.
3. reconnected the devices back to the wireless network

but still I am not seeing the airplay button on my ipad control center!

 

I don't know how do you use your ipad , And I can always connect my Box，


So if you don't did this ,you should make sure your ipad is ok and with the correct way to connect your device

 

May be you router disable some port,can you reset your router?

 

My ipad and easy cast was working perfectly together. Than suddenly the Easy cast froze and the communication was lost.
I will try again with my router to see if this can be fixed.

 

I have the same problem with Samsung galaxy s6....first of all when I use the qr code for download on my smartphone the easy cast apk the result is the download of Wechat apk.....When I activate my screen mirroring don't find easy cast of zidoo x6 pro

 

I have an Ezcast dangle and the screen mirroring with it is OK but when I use zidoo x6 pro for mirroring My smartphone don't find it

 

I downloaded the easycast apk but when I try to install it my phone say that is impossible to install the apk

 

My galaxy s6 has an android 5.1.1
