DSd256 files dont play

in spite of the specs that say otherwise, my z9x will not play 2 channel sacd dsd/dsd 256 files.
It plays all other hi res formats i have but not SACD.
Is an error in the spec or my specific product?

 

mod, pls delete this post. I was able to get 2 channel dsf files to play with the music player.

No mod, it was an error i had in one of my settings.
It will play for me using jriver or through the native zidoo interface.
Please note, you need a dac capable of decoding sacd files
