Does Zidoo really not care about customers with older models???

  1. It only took 12 days for the Zidoo team to make a firmware after the totally botched v1.1.80 for HDD 8K Media players (AML S928X). This means that if they have a good wish, they can update the firmware for our HDD Media players (RTD 1619DR).

    I understand their desire to buy their new products (I already have a Z3000 pro), but I would also like my old Z 1000 pro to have the new audio and video player capabilities & new home theater. Otherwise it turns out that they are telling us to buy their products and know that they will only support them for two years and then buy the new models. (I have 4 models so far and on x20 I can't download subtitles)

    Samsung have given their smartphones 7 years of support with new updates, which makes their customers trust and follow them. Will it be that hard for Zidoo to make a similar gesture and earn more with their good name and attitude than with new models and total abandonment of old maintenance?
