I use BubbleSoft as UPnP controller for several devices including a RaspberryPi and WiiM. Both appear immediately when BubbleSoft (on Android) starts. DMP-A6 shows up many minutes later, on average 10 to 15 minutes. I also run BubbleUPnP Server in order to get OpenHome renderer. What is your experience with DMP as DLNA device?
I used Bubblesoft..actually paid for the full version on Android...controlling PI 3B which had an allo Digi-One Hat and I hated the interface. I used it along with PLex Media , as having all my music files on our network server. I used the O/P of the Hat to go to a tube Dac. I originally had the Cambridge CXN V2, then used it only as a streamer to my tube dac. When I heard about the A6 sounding so good as a streamer, I went for it and have no regrets...love the sound of the unit, it open, great soundstage..etc. I scan my network drive with the A-6 and everything is there...matter of less than 1 minute. Check your config. I don't use DLNA.
