Dm6 don’t start up

My dmp a6 won't start anymore. After I adjusted the audio quality in the apple music app, I saw that it still only played at 44.1. So I restarted it but now only get the letters eversolo in the screen and that's it. He won't start. Powercord has been unplugged for a long time. It also does not respond to the reset button on the back. Also tried a USB stick with new firmware on it, but no response either. I only had the dm6 for 1 day, still running on the older firmware I think.
Anyone have any tips?

 

Perhaps the on/off/volume on the front is too deep in the DMP6? pit it carefully a little bit out.

 

I've already tried that, but it didn't help. It has been sent and a new one is on its way. Thanks
