I hooked up my PC to the X1 to test the connectivity of Phoenixtools and although the drivers installed after turning off driver assignment, I still get an issue. I'm running Windows 8.1 and whenever I have encountered issues with other drivers, I usually turn to a more trusty Windows 7 machine but have exactly the same issue. I noticed that the driver is quite old (24/01/2013, V1.0.0.1) so wondered if there were any updated drivers?
Thanks spring but those are the drivers that I already have and device manager reports that I already have the most up to date ones when I try to update them.
I can see the image on the post but try this. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-...7YsE/s462-Ic42/screenshot_20150715_000556.png
hi: The driver install incorrect. Can you reinstall the driver?Additionally, it may be USB power supply shortage.
I reinstalled it a number of times and I know it's not a USB power supply shortage as I use it to power all my external drives and to connect to 2 other Android boxes. Also tried it on 2 other machines with Windows 7 and had the same results.
