Hi, A8 is great but I was hoping we can add a couple of user comfort features. 1. I was wondering if there is a way to set the default input when boot up. This will allow other family members to use a specific function (like internal for spotify streaming) after I watched a late night movie (eArc). If not, I am hoping the developers will see this and add the functionality. 2. Or can we disable some of the inputs (For example I don't use analog in) so when we use the remote to switch inputs we don't have to go through so many of them. But overall A8 is a great product and I'm very glad that I own one. Thank you, -Roger
Probably the possibility to rename the input, or give them an alias would be a better solution; searching for TV instead of S/PDIF or OPTICAL is far easier for the non-techies.
Good idea. Just did it, renamed the Arc/eArc input as TV. Still a lot of input to switch between internal and TV though.
