Dear Forum Members, I am facing issue with my DAC Z8 starting today after I ran an upgrade to the firmware version of the DAC through USB. The unit is not starting up at all or powering up post the firmware upgrade. I have tried everything to ensure if this might be a glitch but the unit is not powering up at all. This unit was purchased from Cinema Focus in India on 16th May, 2023 and it is still under warranty. Requesting you all to please advise if I might be mssing anything here.... Regards, Rajiv Kumar
May sound silly, but have you tried disconnecting it from the mains after the upgrade? Or at leat powering it off/on by the switch in the back of the unit? what was the fw version before? What version did you try to update to? How?
