DAC-Z6 plays all from Zidoo Z1000Pro but not PC

I think the best audio players are those made for Windows, here I am thinking of roon, Audirvana, HQplayer, Foobar2000...etc

I've tried various raspberry pi audio players, but I always seem to run into limitations, so many times I get tired of them quickly

But excuse me, but proper driver support in Windows is probably the least you can wish for, and then the product can also deliver

 

I really wasn't attacking you in any way or invalidating other customers' needs. Whilst this forum is read by Zidoo personel the best way to request things like this is direct to Zidoo themselves. This is a member's forum to share experiences and to request help from each other.

I share everyone's view that these DACs, particularly the Z8 are superb and sincerely hope a result can be achieved very soon. From what I understand it is a Licence issue and Zidoo are on to it.
