Connection problem

  1. Hallo everyone…I have the a8 almost 3 days and I am really enjoy this amazing product !Since one hour I cannot connect with the A 8 no phone,no I pad connection…I reinstall the eversolo app twice I am trying to connect with qr code and and on display I have the indication error -6…..what is this ?anyone know how can I solve my problem?Guys from Eversolo what to do for my problem?Thank you for your time!

    Why are you trying to use a QR code. Go into the Control App settings and setup your wired/wireless connection manually. If it still doesn't connect then turn the A8 off and re-boot your router. Then when it is back on line try it again manually through the App.

  3. Thanks for your comment my friend..after reboot my router everything it’s ok now and the connection is perfect…
