Hello everyone! Newbie here, I thought I'd ask for any insights on how to clean up the front gray panel. I got the new Eversolo streaming today and absolutely love it! However, I noticed that it came with a cosmetic factory issue where it has a horizontal bright line on the lower part of the grey panel, which is made out of brushed aluminum... Seems like it was rubbed against some metal or was held for a long time. I used a microfibre cloth but didn't work, and I'm worried to use any alcohol or something in case if it leaves a worse spot. I thought of returning the entire device and exchange it, but maybe there's a simple less drastic solution to it, lol; plus, not sure if the store would accept a return for this "tiny detail". Thanks for any advice!!
