As you can see in the pictures before, the decimal value disappeared in SRT external settings when the "before" subtitle offset value is over 10. "Delay" over 10 seconds shows correctly in the settings. I suggest changing "before" to "ahead" or some other 5 letter English word (or change the width of the text area between the arrows). This is when the system language is English.
