Can't play some MKV FILE

    I open anime mkv file.the vdo not smooth and sound delay.it can't decode with hardware (I open file with kodi and mxplayer) can't play in media center app.

    you can see my attached file
    cpu run for 90%

    h.264 High 10 Profile (Hi10P, 110) is NOT supported by any player , only HTPC.
    Convert it to to h.265 10 bit.
