can't ping my Zidoo device

hi,

i've connect my x9s to my local network with wifi

i can show the ip in setting 192.168.1.104

but from my computer in can't ping or access to http://192.168.1.104:8080

did you have somes idea ???

what do you have setup under port 8080 ?

make sure your rowter allow pings ( mine from asus has a option thats turn on, and not allowing pings )

 

8080 is usually the default port for Apache Tomcat. Really, why do you want to ping that port?

 

i think kodi also uses 8080 by default for UPNP ( should be changed tho )
