Bugs in file manager

If you connect one or more external SD, USB, SATA is going to the File Manager and wait without pressing anything 15 or more minutes, File Manager stops responding or crashes on the home screen.

 

Does not happen to me!

 

What do you have connected? How many minutes of waiting for nothing pressing? Which drive open file manager?

 

Just a SATA 2.5 Inch hard drive. Waited about 25 minutes. Just using a USB connected mouse to move around.
Using the built in Explorer app.

And after 25 minutes a file manager with a sata drive is still open?

 

Confirmed! This problem exists. I checked on firmware 1.2.6 and 1.2.7

 

Mine is fine, connected to sata drive, connected to usb hub with multiple controller include wireless mouse, keyboard. also connected to 3.0 usb hard drive.

Confirmed working just fine, tested on the root of my network drive, sata drive and usb drive. Put the mouse away, turned the tv off, and back after 15-30 minutes, all still works, nothing crashed.

 

the small clock bellow the tv is the zidoo front clock.

this is just about 17mins idle, normally I just turned off the tv all night.

And last request. Switch interface language to Russian (Русский), and perform the same steps!

The problem with hanging your applications, file manager, music player, is in the language of the system. If you put the English, nothing hangs. If you put the Russian, then it starts to hang.

No, just a Russian interface. In English it's OK.
