Hi I was hopping someone could cast some light on how to improve Bluetooth range.
After some initial audio problems that were found to be due to faulty HDMI cables - I have been very pleased with the performance of the X9s which has now replaced an older X6 Pro in our main TV room.
With the old X6 Pro I had no problem Bluetooth pairing both Bluetooth earphones and buds plugged into Bluetooth receivers. However with the X9s I have to pair the devices around 500 mm apart and as soon as I move about 3 metres away I loss connection (this same environment caused no problems with the X6)

    Hi
do you connect two antennas of X9S?

No Spring - I assumed the antennas were for wifi access and as I use wired Ethernet I have never connected them (same with the x6 Pro).

    Hi

Problem solved thanks to spring - fitting the two antennas immediately gave me the Bluetooth range I needed,
