Blue screening on Zidoo

Hello! I put the HDD 3.0 3.5" Sata in Zidoo and now i don't have the screen. The screen is blue! How i reset Zidoo x20pro? Thanks!

 

First, remove the HDD and reboot normally. You still get blue screen? What about the LCD, what does it say if anything?

 

Yep, it's ok. I remove HDD, i switch off the Zidoo and now it's ok. Thanks.

 

I insert HDD but i don't see in Zidoo settings or in app Files Explorer this HDD, specific memory data (in my case 1TB). HDD must be formated or something else? Thanks!!

 

HDD may need to be formatted. It depends if it was formatted previously and what it was formatted to if it was.

Safest bet is to do a clean format with GPT partition table and NTFS filesystem.
