Hello I purchased my UHD3000 last christmas and there has been NO official updates which I am more than amazed at ?? is it worth updating to any of the beta versions ??? i'm still using the same official firmware that the unit came with when I go in the update up it says no update even with with beta option selected If it is worth updating how would one proceed thanks for any help and advice
Yes, its usually worth updating. If you are not sure, just wait a few days and see whether there are reports of serious bugs or regressions. I always install the beta versions.
I install all the betas that become available, however as Sledgehamma noted it's best to wait and see if there are any adverse comments. I wait 10 days then install. So far OK.
