I am having an issue of audio output. I try to connect AV to RCA cable to my amplifier but doesn't work. The sound from HDMI to my TV is OK. Anyone has the same problem?

I have the hdmi going to the TV and trying to get the audio to my receiver. I cannot get the audio to play through the AV Output port to the receiver. The HDMI video and audio play fine on the TV. Is the X9S capable of sending AV signals simultaneously through the HDMI, AV, and SPDIF ports? Or, is only one active at a time? Very strange. This set up worked with my old Tronsmart R28 box that I am replacing. Help!
Well just disconnect the HDMI and test it out and see if it works. Are you sure you are using the correct plug in to the X9S. See if you can attach a picture of the cable showing the plug. Where did you obtain this cable? How many plugs are on the end of the cable?.
