Hello, I'm playing MKV files through the Z1000 pro. My files are stored on a Synology NAS DS920+. There are times when the video will suddenly start stuttering forward and I lose my audio. Once that starts happening on one movie it will be the same for any movie file I play. It will play fine for several minutes, but eventually it will start the same issue. This has happened three times in the past 6 months and the only fix I've been able to find is a factory reset and starting from square one. Anyone else have this issue, and if so did you find an easy fix without having to start from scratch?
