Hello, I’m having some audio issues when playing DVDs, Blu-Rays and 4K movies on my Z10 Pro. The audio goes from normal volume to a whisper and then back to normal while watching an entire movie. Does anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this issue? Could it be my HDMI cable (I’m using a 75ft one), the unit’s software or my TV? Thanks in advance, Bill
