Audio cut off

I'm experiencing problems with my X6 from the very begining , the audio just cuts off and the only to get it back is to turn the X6 off and then on.
is there a way to fix this?

 

To few information from you to say anything useful.

 

I could be watching a movie, or a live channel, and the audio just goes off ,while the video is still ongoing.
sometimes it happens after half hour so so, and sometimes it could go a day without anything happening.
only i after i shutoff the x6,the voice will return

 

I suppose you use HDMI connection between X6 and TV.
I can't help you, I use Composite out. and anyway never had this issue.

have you already tried to verify if you have some false contact (i.e. disconnecting/reconnecting cable, changing it with another one) ?
If yes, have you the possibility to verify if, when happen, if you can anyway get audio from optical or cvbs outputs ?

If no, it could be an hardware problem and you may need to replace your X6

 

i do use hdmi

 

i will try disconnecting and reconnecting the hdmi cable. yesterday the audio was fine all night long.

 

the audio came after disconnecting and reconnecting the hdmi cable.
im guessing that the problem is the cable , the television's hdmi port, or the x6
