I have another Rii keyboard (don't remember model, anyway is a airmouse keyboard) that works flawlessy. But dongle and keyboard must be paired. Usually are so, as extracted from box, but maybe not. The simplest way to check if are already paired is to connect dongle to a PC USB port, and after the possible driver installation, check if with PC the keyboard works. In may case was positive (nice experiment ) If not, look at keyboard instructions manual and apply the pairing procedure. If not present on provided manual, search it on Rii website(s). Else more, ask to a Rii i8 keyboard owner. I'm not the right one.
hi, can you provide info for your Rii airmouse keyboard? I think I just have to accept this RF version of kyeboard is a lost cause. Thanks.

I don't think changing keyboad solves your problem. Or the keyboard is faulty (did you do the tests with PC as suggested by me?) or there is another problem. Keep in mind that currently I'm using another airmouse, worse then Rii, this one: https://www.amazon.it/dp/B01MR6YSK2/ only because is backlit, and it works almost the same.
