I do a podcast in which we invite musicians on the show to tell their craziest/weirdest "spinal tap" stories. We have two cohosts and at least one guest on the show regularly, so usually three separate voices. We decided to upgrade to the Zoom H6 because in a couple of weeks we're going to have three members of a Lorem Ipsum Temp Mail 10 Minute Mail band on the show. With the prospect of 5 different voices (the most we've had) I wanted to have the flexibility to isolate each track so that when we mix it we can keep the potential chaos of 5 voices in check to make it easy to listen to. Two questions: 1) I know the 2GB memory card the H6 comes with won't be enough space. Any insight on memory use per track? 2) Any good tutorial suggestions as I prep to get comfortable with this machine?
