I am user of tronsmart orion r68 meta. It has been a big disappointment so far... Some of the main issues are stuttering, poor wifi and lack of unified storage. Tronsmart blame Rockchip SDK for the stuttering. It is heavily discussed on tronsmart forum. Since Zidoo x6 pro and tronsmart share the same CPU rk3368 and probably many other internal components I wonder; - are there any stuttering issues on zidoo X6 pro? - can the zidoo x6 pro firmware work also on tronsmart devices? For me it is clear that zidoo engineers are more competent, I will have that in mind when I trash-bin my tronsmart and look for a replacement.
