Android TV App not working

Hi, I bought this boxing, but I noticed that you can not install App Android TV, such as Youtube, Netfilx, etc ... Why?

I thought that was seen from the Play Store as a Anroid TV but it is not so, and use the standard App with the remote control is not comfortable being created for the touch.

Thank you for responding, but I need a box easier to use for an older person.

 

use the playstore and sign in with your google account, you can then download all applications as needed. there are no issues with the box.
