Wow...you made a new study of it. I know its not a perfect player but name one that is....you see ...its not there. I tried the himedia and that one is even worse, no 3d mkv for example, My only problem now is : 1080p 25fps wrong ouput, should be 50. Random flashing (miliseconds) of external srt. And the stuttering of switching to another fps when starting a movie. For the rest i'm very happy with the picture quality , its by far one of the best.
You are right. Nobody is complaining anymore. With all the firmware releases there was a lot of complaining. And for what? I noticed too. With the latest firmware nobody is complaining anymore. How come? Maybe there comes no response from the Zidoo team? Thats why everyone gives up. They won't listen or response! There are still subtitle issues from the beginning like this is never fixed: HTML tags (for internal srt subtitles) problem still exist. Maybe in the next firmware. Like: Text> or Text/ (The new update add sometimes / or > at the end of the last line after the last word.)
