This is going to sound really stupid, but after watching a hockey game last night it's driving me crazy because it took forever to try and get the adjustment right since you can really only adjust based on the weak on-ice sounds, they rarely have anyone talking on-screen to use as a guide for the adjustments. If your video is ahead of the audio, do you want to go + or - on the audio offset to correct it? Conversely if the audio seems to be ahead of the video, + or -? I'm constantly going either direction to figure it out, would like to remove the guess work.
