I was turning the volume down via the Eversolo remote. (Not the phone interface). The sound surged through the right channel, then the left channel dropped. I’ve swapped left and right interconnects to verify. I’ve also tried different amps. Nope, the left channel is blown. The unit is a week old. I will likely seek a refund.
I went to the dealer and received a new unit. So far, so good. It sounds great! Hoping that the previous one was just an anomaly.
