23,976/24 option issue

Good evening,

I own a X9S for 2 days now. I have in parallel a Q10 Pro
At the first start, an OTA update was proposed to me and I made it.
Then I configured some player options to finally deal with the first problems.
1. At each restart the language came back in English while I was configuring in French.
2. At each movie playback, I had a video clip of a few seconds, every 20s or so.
3. Via the Media Center I can not access a Windows share while the player sees my Laptop on the network (same workgroup) -> "unknown error"

So I decided to do a factory reset:

My language problem is now fixed and I found the cause of my video clippings: - The 23,976 / 24 mode when activated is problematic. When I disable more cuts but jerks .... normal

Finally, my access SAMBA still does not work I was able to mount a network drive under windows with \\ ipadress \ Disk_sda1

I own a LG OLED TV 3D/4K

This was known issue that was fixed. Install the latest f/w release.

 

As I know, this issue is a general problem for this device, but no official relay from ZIDOO, But auto 23,976 / 24 mode is a very important function for me with high quelity picture(10bit&Y444).
