Does Zidoo X9 support autoswitch refresh rate?

    For example : 1080p24 or 1080p50 or 1080p60

Should have this option. It's essential for BluRay play or other files.

many player doesn't specify video output.
If these can play blueray why doesn't supply 1080p24 ?
1080p24 it's a standard in movies and blue ray.

    Did you test this?
It will automatic switch to 1080p24hz when you play 3Dbluray movie.

It can automatic switch to 24hz when play blueray 3D movie,
but can't auto switch to 24hz when play bluray2D movie with 24hz. there are few this kind of movie.
we'll add a option to settings , so that user can switch to 24hz manual before play 24hz movie.

No, it's not correct. Player should change to 24hz automatically or 50hz or 60hz, not user. This is not reliable solution to switch every video.
For example youtube has 50p, 60p and 24hz.
XBMC on intel side change automatically refresh rate for every video.

Consider in this is not a widely demands, so we make a temporary solution, we'll make it all automatic finally.

Well freeroc. You are wrong. This is a common demand ;)

My SAT Receiver does the up/downscale (static output 1080p50, DVB stream has either 1080i50, 720p50 or 576i50). That is fine so far due to the same refresh rate.

But my highend mediaplayer (expensive Dune HD Max) is using static ouput of 1080p50 for rendering the UI, but in case of playing Bluray videos/MKV/AVI with e.g. progressive material of 23.976 fps or 50 fps it automatically switches to whatever the video has (24Hz/50Hz or very seldom to 60 Hz). This is what I would expect as well for the Zidoo.

Most hightend tv have post process for 24p (real cinema, thru cinema, etc) In setting I do not have 1080p/24.

    +1

Would such an automatic option help me to get a more stable HDMI IN recording from a 50hz refresh rated source?
If so, I'd also vote for such a change please.
