    I've seen a forum guide
    this guide
    http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/how-to-flash-zidoo-x9s-unit.2959/

And I use USB flash drive normal
And the guide say use Udisk

my question. What I have is what they ask for?

And what does that mean? "copied to the Root Directory"

Just insert the USB to USB2.0 connection?
And press once on the reset button and turn on and leave?

The term "copied to root directory" is telling you that the file that was on external storage was copied to the primary/system folder.

You do NOT need the USB for normal use, I used one doing a software update, and to move some wallpaper, during the upgrade process the system moves some files to local storage and locks them to prevent interruption, otherwise if you pulled out the USB during upgrade it would very likely cause a serious problem and crash the box

NEVER power-off/reboot any device during a firmware update as they they are critical files

well if it were me I would try a factory (hard) reset ... there is a button to restore the unit to factory on the the unit, you will need to ask help from someone that has done a restore, or search "reset button" here
