Official remote doesn't connect via BT

    Hi,
    I've tried several times to try to connect the remote via Bluetooth, but after the screen "Connecting...." the led on remote are working for a while and then when it stopped no BT connect is established.
    IR is working fine, but, why I cannot connect via bt ?
    Is there some other procedure over back and menu key ?

    P.S.: I'm on 1.0.13

    Hold on both back key and menu key until prompted to connect.

    Hi,
    I've tried to do as you told me, but nothing. My remote cannot connect to Zidoo. Why ?

    Hello,
    I have the same issue since a factory reseted my box. the BT remote worked perfect before but I hatted it because it was too slow.
    IR works fine after reset but I cannot connect bluetooth even after 3 or 4 attempts pressing down both buttons.
    I actually prefer the speed of the IR version but i notice the remote is often trying to connect and I wander if it could be the cause of some bugs I have while playing games??
    Please fix this remote...
