Sample rate switch latency

Hi can someone please tell what the usb dac output sample rate switch latency on the A6 whit 48 kHz
Should be?

 

Depending on your DAC, everyone's system is different, and this setting is to prevent Pop

 

Rebooting this thread so forgive me....If you are getting a popping sound, is using the above setting basically a 'trial and error' thing? Has anybody else here used this to good effect??
