Any date for NEW Tidal API? (to support FLAC HiRes)

@mirror As you know this month Tidal started to provide some tracks in true HiRes but not MQA. Although that is only supported via Tidal Desktop app with laptop connected to a DAC.

It seems every 3rd party Tidal APP client and Tidal Connect Client service need to be updated to be on par with Tidal Desktop app.

Can you shed some light on expected date of availability?

Volumio announced support from November 8th

 

Auralic released a new SW with Tidal MAX support

 

For Eversolo to support this, it has to be added in the airable.api

Cause I am seeing HiRes now on the integrated app and that same 192K screen of Grease song.

 

It seems they did it yes... I have checked and flac 192khz

Is software update needed?

 

No nothing to do. Just open the eversolo app and listen from tidal.

 

Not here yet, still stuck with MQA version of these albums/tracks

Just log out and login again in TIDAL(Eversol controller), you will get HiRes flac, we will officially announce it and add the TIDAL MAX logo in the firmware that will be released later.
